Got to see David Henry Hwang's play Chinglish on the last weekend of its Broadway run. Needless to say, it was a good weekend :)

The State of the Medium

We've come a long way from huddling around a radio, listening to the State of the Union. This year, I streamed the address on HuffPo and, at one point, I had to step back for a moment and just observe what I was doing. Not only was I listening to the President speak and watching him on small 360-pixel video window, I was reading live commentary and being prompted to react and comment and share and post my thoughts in real-time throughout. I am amazed by how much my experience of receiving the address has changed just in a few years. How about you? What do you think?
