My wife and kids are terribly picky eaters, so I don't always get to eat good food...When they're all out of town (or just the house) for the evening, I'm more likely to put a lot of effort into dinner. Seems like an awful lot of trouble for just one person, but it's always worth it. :) Thanks for sharing!
