Your mom is so funny, probably watches a lot of Sex & the City lol. My sister complains about how there's no guys in NYC either, no bf material guys anyway =( But I always tell her focus on school and her future career, boys can come later.
The problem started when tons of guys moved to NYC to find themselves proper girlfriends...
Per your bro, the ratio was a joke and I just didn't get it. His ratio was based on a class he took at NYU few years back.
