I wish i could comment on Facebook. For whatever reason your postings won't let me. I have become a big fan of your work. Its kinda amazing to me that i, a middle aged white guy (57), can understand all your comments on being an "old maid". I wonder, is there a special term for an old guy that never got married, or is "old maid" a left over from another time? "Happy, Happy, Happy!!" from GoComics!
Overton, that would be "confirmed bachelor." Or as the French say, "vieux garçon" (an old boy.) Thing is, there is no traditional social stigma attached to a man being unmarried at any age.
