Forget the to-do list. Make a list of things you've managed to do. The smallest thing (taking out the trash, getting up on time) counts. Even when I'm fighting depression (like this past week), it's a great spirit lifter. In those situations, tiny victories are all I have. But they are great victories when the black fog hides the sun.
