"Managing mental health is a continuous, ongoing practice, I am learning."
I never thought of managing my mental health as you suggest. Its true! I always thought issues got in the way of "real" living--but perhaps we should take such management in our stride, an activity much like physical exercise and eating rationally, which are also skills for mental health.
I have long held that the most important conversations are the ones we have with ourselves.
I hope that once the vaccine is more widely distributed and we can get back to some of our normal activities that some of this mental fog will lift. Humans are not meant to live this way, but for now we must. Laughter is a very strong medicine, as is music. I hope you can find things to give you some pleasure. I am sorry for your pain.

But your thought is a revelation!
Thank you!

Bassgirl, thanks for your reminder and caring! For sure, I seek out what brings me closer to myself and I also try to keep cartooning no matter what.
Thank you both for your sharing your thoughts.
