I imagine I'm not the only one who's feeling it these days. I don't have any better ideas, but I hope you have what you need and are finding ways to cope the best you can.
[Single-panel comic of a girl with a bun, wearing a full astronaut outfit, next to an elephant. Caption reads: "I don't want to feel numb and desensitized, but everything altogether is a lot right now." Elephant in the room comments on new outfit: "Ooh this is new..." Girl responds, holding a cup of hot tea, "It was either this or pay somebody to hold me."]

I am usually inspired by some part of your blog entry. Frequently it is the lead-in to the cartoon that moves me. Today it is the caption within the cartoon itself.
It is "everything altogether" that exhausts me. Among "everything" is the cold winter weather, the lack of light, Covid19, and living in the current US political climate among others.
I'm reaching out to old friends, doing WORDEL, studying, eating comfort food, and exercising. Keeping on keeping on, looking for those lighthouse windows in my long walk up the lighthouse stairs.
And, oh yes, K-Dramas. "The Silent Sea" was the most recent.
As Anna in Spain says, I'm hoping for the "ahhh" moment of reaching the top and looking out over the world.
Warm Regards to you Connie and Anna in Spain.
And to you, Robert.
Paying for someone to hug you might be seriously misunderstood, so I am renewing my relationship with my brother after 30 years of silence (via email), reading, contemplating and trying to force myself out of the apartment during daylight hours--with better success than expected.
I'm still up for hugs, anyway.
