Your comic is a good tip for getting through minor crises of the heart.
I had such a crisis recently, and rather than chocolate, I made an elegant breakfast for myself. Then I figuratively brushed myself off, addressed the situation as best as possible, and moved on.
I'm saving chocolate for real cravings. Sometimes chocolate is just chocolate.
