Part 4 of a series of plushy cartoon heart comics :)
[5-panel comic strip of a girl with a bun talking to her plushy cartoon heart, titled "Forgetful Heart." In panel 1, hands on her hips, she says to the heart, "Don't you remember what happened last time??" In panel 2, with heightened emotion, she says in all caps, "You practically left us for dead!" Innocently, heart says, "Did I?" Panel 3 is a close-up of the heart suggesting, "Maybe you should thank me..." In panel 4, the girl exclaims in exasperation, "FOR WHAT?!" In panel 5, heart responds matter-of-factly, "For making you stronger." The girl walks off and mutters, "I hate you." Comic by Connie Sun, cartoonconnie, 2023.]

I too get tired of "whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger." Not necessarily, it doesn't. Sometimes it leaves you disabled, physically or emotionally.
Besides, having been through all that, I'm tired. Somebody else can be "strong" for once.
Is there a backstory here? Sometimes going meta isn’t enough for a curious reader.
Robert, I think Heart wants to get involved in a relationship, while Head thinks it's doomed. Again.
Thanks, Anna. Your comment says it well. Here’s wishing all of us peace of mind and heart.
